Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal to participate.
2. Language barrier.
3. Medical contraindications (e.g. severe uncontrolled congestive cardiac failure/renal failure)
4. Time constraints (e.g. administrative pressure to get the elective colonoscopy list finished on time).
