1. Age ≥ 60 years old
2. Elective surgery under GA/RA
3. At least 7 days prior operation
4. ASA physical status 1,2, 3
5. Having music playing equipment eg. smart phone, computer, laptop, or tablet
6. Having DVD / VCD/ Clip VDO file playing equipment eg. computer, laptop, DVD player, smart phone, or tablet
7. Able to read, write, communicate with Thai language
1. Been diagnosed of dementia, delirium, or mental retardation (History / Medical record)
2. Been diagnosed of active psychiatric disorder or organic mental disorder (History / Medical record)
3. HADS-A ≥ 12 with suicidal ideation or need of seeing a psychiatrist
4. Current taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, or benzodiazepines
5. Unable to practice music therapy and /or relaxation training
6. Hearing and/ or Visual deficit (Deafness, Blindness)
7. Brain or heart surgery
8. Surgery under monitor anesthesia care (MAC)
9. Refuse to sign consent
