Inclusion Criteria
All patients (male or female) diagnosed as a case of IHPS on basis of clinical history, examination, and Sonographic Evidence.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Associated co-morbid conditions such as congenital heart diseases, milk jaundice, urinary tract infection and respiratory infection, renal failure, sepsis.
2. Patients who left against medical advice.
3. Patient whom diagnosis was changed during surgery e.g. malrotation, duodenal atresia, antral web.
