Inclusion Criteria
Radicular low back symptoms with clear symptom leading root
-the patient must at least participated in five psychological units
-inpatient treatment in accordance to the current guidelines and absolute surgical indications excluded
Exclusion Criteria
- Rheumatic and / or inflammatory spinal disorders
- Tumors with involvement of the spine
and / or congenital spinal deformities
- Purely local or purely pseudoradicular lumbar complaints
- Clearly psychosomatic disease
