1.Patients presenting with thermal burns involving upto 30% TBSA with deep thermal component of atleast 5 % TBSA.
2.The thermal injury should be less than or equal to 6 days old
3.Age between 15-50 years
1.Inhalational injury
2.Chemical & electrical burns
3.Burn injury >6 days old
4.Associated major injuries (head,chest,abdominal trauma)
5.Patient with history of bleeding disorders and on anticoagulation treatment
6.Non consenting patients
7.H/o Deep Vein Thrombosis,Myocardial infarction,CerebroVascular accident
