Esophageal cancer is the 8th most common cancer worldwide and important cause of morbidity and mortality.The incidence of esophageal cancer increase due to adenocarcinoma, which is a consequence of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Barrett s esophagus (BE) is a precancerous condition that can develop into adenocarcinoma.

Exclusion Criteria

patients who undergoes emergency endoscopy.
previously been diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus.
