Inclusion Criteria
Phase I:
1. Any gender.
2. Teacher having a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
3. Willing to participate in the survey.
Phase II:
1. Teacher of any gender having a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
2. Teacher experiencing chronic stress with scoring 14 or above on Perceived Stress Scale-10.
3. Willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Any pre-existing psychiatric illness or under any psychotropic, anxiolytic, or anti-depressive medications.
2. Unwilling to give written informed consent.
