Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Any gender.
  • •2\. Teacher having a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
  • •3\. Willing to participate in the survey.
  • •1\. Teacher of any gender having a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
  • •2\. Teacher experiencing chronic stress with scoring 14 or above on Perceived Stress Scale\-10\.
  • •3\. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Any pre\-existing psychiatric illness or under any psychotropic, anxiolytic, or anti\-depressive medications.
  • •2\. Unwilling to give written informed consent.
