- •2. Teacher having a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
- •3. Willing to participate in the survey.
- •1. Teacher of any gender having a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
- •2. Teacher experiencing chronic stress with scoring 14 or above on Perceived Stress Scale-10.
- •3. Willing to participate in the study.

- •1. Any pre-existing psychiatric illness or under any psychotropic, anxiolytic, or anti-depressive medications.
- •2. Unwilling to give written informed consent.
