Inclusion Criteria
Pediatric patients belonging to ASA grade I/II and age group of less than equal to 18 year undergoing surgeries under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1.The patient/guardian who refused to give Informed consent
2.Hemodynamically unstable patient. (MAP less than 65 MM OF HG)
3.Patient in whom esophageal disease is suspected.
4.Major facial trauma or oropharyngeal disease.

Name Time Method To compare success rate at first attempt in Three Insertion Techniques For I ?Gel Placement in Children less than equal to 18 Years undergoing surgeries under General Anaesthesia.Timepoint: The time between picking up the i-gel and obtaining first effective ventilation (as evidenced by end-tidal carbon dioxide wave form and simultaneous chest movement) will be recorded as insertion time.
