Patients of both sexes, who undertake hemodialysis three times a week, for a minimum period of three months, which are not physically active, showing reduction in inspiratory muscle strength (PImáx <70% predicted), and have signed the term of free and informed consent (TCLE).
Hemodynamic instability, amputation, deep vein thrombosis, severe dyspnea, femoral fistula, chest pain, unstable angina, active liver disease, orthopedic impairments, musculoskeletal, neurological and / or cognitive changes that compromise the participation in the proposed protocol, or even those individuals who refusing to sign the consent form free and enlightened (TCLE).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Respiratory muscle strength as measured by analog manometer, according with the Brazilian consensus and the limit values for the Brazilian population.;Expected outcome: Improved value of PImáx and PEmáx (inspiratory and expiratory maxima pressure).<br>Outcome found: There was improvement in PImáx and PEmáx values in both groups (intervention and control-Sham), but not significant when compared between groups.
