Inclusion Criteria
Patients who had knee pain with diagnosis of osteoarthritis and were scheduled for simultaneous bilateral TKA.
Exclusion Criteria
1.had previous knee surgery
2.had previous infection
3.had allergy to drugs used in this study
4.history of deep vein thrombosis
5.history of heart disease
6.history of cerebrovascular disease
7.history of renal disease
8.history of liver disease
