Eine offene, nicht randomisierte, einarmige Pilotstudie zur Beurteilung der Wirksamkeit von Erythropoetin bei Friedreich Ataxie.Die Friedreich Ataxie (FRDA) ist eine autosomal-rezessiv vererbte, progressive neurodegenerative Erkrankung, die mit einer Inzidenz von rund 1:50.000 auftritt. Es handelt sich dabei um die am häufigsten vorkommende Ataxie beim Menschen.
