Subjects with non specific low back pain with hamstring tightness.
Positive sit and reach test(scale reading less than zero).
Subjects without radiculopathy
Subjects willing to participate in the study.
Specific causes of low back pain (PIVD, spondylosis, stenosis, space occupying lesion etc.)
Subjects with history of any recent surgery, trauma, fracture, dislocation in spine, hip and knee joint within 1 year.
Diagnosed neurological disorders related to spine.
