Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgical procedures with expected hospitalisation for equal and more than 2 days.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Emergency surgery
- •2 Surgery lasting for less than 90 minutes
- •3 Surgery without General Anaesthesia
- •4 Previous Stroke
- •5 Unstable angina
- •6 Chronic renal failure (Blood creatinine level of 2 mg/dl or higher.)
- •7 Previous CABG and Coronary revascularisation
- •8 Previous MI
- •9 Pregnancy induced hypertension
- •10 Cardiac conduction abnormalities
