1. ASA Class1, 2, age 18 to 65 years old A gynecological patient underwent a low midline incision (under the navel) for non-invasive tumor surgery
2. underwent non-urgent surgery (elective surgery)
3. hematocrit more than 30% Hb more than 10 g/d
4. Blood osmolarity 280 + 6 mOsm/L
5. The patient withholds water and food after midnight
1. Use for more than 3 hours, except for skin incision.
2. There must be bleeding between the blood volume greater than 20%.
3. If 3rd ventricle loss > 20% of estimated blood loss (EBL)
4. If the anesthesiologist decides that the patient cannot participate in the program Patients will be excluded from the program
