Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients need bilateral open sinus lift
- •The criteria for entering the study include the height of the remaining bone corset between the sinus floor and the bone cortex up to 3 mm.
Exclusion Criteria
- •acute sinus infection
- •chronic sinusitis
- •treatment with bisphosphonates
- •uncontrolled diabetes
