Inclusion Criteria
Knee osteoarthritis
Knee x ray show narrowing joint space
Symptom 4 wka
Exclusion Criteria
History of knee infection major trauma
Inflammatory joint disease
Glaucoma
Post cataract surgery 6 wks
History eye major trauma
Intraocular pressure 21mmHg
Using eye drop contain with steroid oral steroid oral antidepressant
Corneal disease that prevent intraocular pressure measurement
Allergy to Glucosamine Meloxicam Paracetamol
Impaired kidney and liver function
