Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria : age 18 to 50 years old; ASA I,II; Elective Septorhinoplasthy under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria : history of heart or lung disease; Known allergy to magnesium or other drugs used in the study; Hematologic Diseases; severe obesity; neuromuscular disorders, diabetic neuropathy; pregnancy; history of taking ca-blockers, opioids or anticoagulant; Patients who have used magnesium supplements; Anemia (Hemoglobin less than 10
grams per deciliter ) ; Heart rate less than 60 Beats Per Minute; Atrioventricular Blocks; Rejection by patient
