Inclusion Criteria
Ages 20 to 45 years
Involvement in L4-5 or L5-s1 discs
Protruding and bulging discs
Exclusion Criteria
Discs that have strode and complete rupture
Patients with a history of surgery due to disc or lumbar problems
Patients with a history of acute trauma in the vertebral region, or fracture in the vertebral region
Patients with high blood pressure
Patients with a history of osteoporosis

Name Time Method Pain severity. Timepoint: The beginning of the study, the fifth day and the end of the sessions. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale.;Lumbar range of motion.
