Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA category 1 children aged 6\-12 years.
- •2\. Having a mandibular primary molar tooth requiring pulpal treatment.
- •3\. Children requiring to undergo pulpal treatment under anesthesia for the first time
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children suffering from any systemic condition, particularly cardiovascular or endocrine (thyroid) disorder
- •2\. Medically compromised children and children with limited cognitive abilities.
- •3\. Severe acute infection in area of operation such as space abscess.
- •4\. Children with known allergy to the drug and those who show allergic reactions at the time of testing.
- •5\. Children whose parents refuse to give consent.
- •6\. Children who do not co\-operate while performing the procedure
