1. Participants who have been diagnosed with premolar teeth extraction in the upper jaw on both sides
2. No gender and age limit
3. Be in good health or AHA Classifications I and II
4. Not during the first or third trimester of pregnancy or breast-feeding.
5. Able to receive treatment and follow up at specified intervals
1. Participants who have any hypersensitivity to amide local anesthetics or components of anesthetics.
2. the premolar teeth have pathological signs and pain or there are periapical lesions.
3. Participants have any soft tissue infection.
4. Participants who received NSAIDs and acetaminophen 24 hours before the study.
