入选标准
- •1. Adult patient of 19 years old or more receiving elective unilateral thoracic surgery .
- •2. Patients with american society of anesthesiologist physical status 1 or 2
排除标准
- •1. body mass index (BMI) < 18.5kg/m2 or BMI > 35 kg/m2,
- •2. significant thoracic cage deformity due to spine disease or other medical problems
- •3. history of tracheostomy
- •4. predicted difficult airway which need other strategy than usual direct laryngoscope or video laryngoscope,
- •5. history of any type of pulmonary resection
- •6. pleural disease such as pleural effusion and tuberculous pleurisy or had received pleurodesis.
