Inclusion Criteria
Age >= 18 years old
Body mass index > 40
Body mass index > 35 with comorbidities
Failed lifestyle modification
Exclusion Criteria
Liver function tests AST or ALT > 2.5xUNL
Creatinine >1.4 mg/dl
Recent history of cancer within 5 years
History of abuse drug used
Psychiatric disorder without treatment
Corticosteroids used
