1.Patients suffering from two symptoms of Vatakantaka (Pain in heel region, difficulty in walking and standing)
2.Patients with the age group between 20-60 years.
3.Patients fit for Agnikarma.
4.Patient with or without HTN (blood pressure greater than 140/90 mmHg) and DM (RBS greater than 150 mg/dL)
1.Patient age below 20 years and above 60 years.
2.Patient with fracture and dislocation of ankle joint.
3.Patients with / without HTN (above 140/90 mm/Hg) and patient with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus ( above 150 mg/dL) due to vulnerability.
4.Patients of R.A. (Rheumatoid arthritis) and Gout .
5.Other diseases like Parkinson’s disease, severe anemia, malignancies, implants, pace makers, wounds and skin infection.
6.Patients who are known cases of Heart diseases (IHD, CCF), HIV, HCV, VDRL and HBsAg.
7.Patients contraindicated for Agnikarma.
