Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Young Adults (20 â?? 45 yrs)
  • 2\.Chronic ACL Injury
  • 3\.ACL Injury associated with Meniscal Injuries
  • 4\.ACL injuries associated with Chondral Defects up to Grade3

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Acutely injured Knee
  • 2\. Age \> 45 yrs
  • 3\. H/o previous Knee surgeries
  • 4\. Infection of the Knee
  • 5\. Degenerative joint disease of the Knee
  • 6\. Multiligamentous\-knee instability
  • 7\. Stiff Knee with deformity
  • 8\. Associated Metabolic disorders
  • 9\. Associated inflammatory disorders
