Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Young Adults (20 â?? 45 yrs)
  • •2\.Chronic ACL Injury
  • •3\.ACL Injury associated with Meniscal Injuries
  • •4\.ACL injuries associated with Chondral Defects up to Grade3

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Acutely injured Knee
  • •2\. Age \> 45 yrs
  • •3\. H/o previous Knee surgeries
  • •4\. Infection of the Knee
  • •5\. Degenerative joint disease of the Knee
  • •6\. Multiligamentous\-knee instability
  • •7\. Stiff Knee with deformity
  • •8\. Associated Metabolic disorders
  • •9\. Associated inflammatory disorders
