入选标准
- •All patients who have clinically as well as MRI radiologically confirmed primary ACL lesion or multiligamentous injury with ACL injury.
- •- Age over 18 years
- •- Treatment with dynamic splint (Jack PCL)
排除标准
- •Patients with treatment course significantly influenced by polytraumatization
- •- Fracture relevant to treatment
- •o Exclusive bony ligament rupture
- •- Ruptures of a posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
- •- Z.n. HKB-Ersatzplastik on the opposite side
- •- Simultaneous bony correction surgery (slope correction)
- •- Pregnancy and lactation
- •- Circulatory disorders
- •- Severe varicosis
