Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All patients who have clinically as well as MRI radiologically confirmed primary ACL lesion or multiligamentous injury with ACL injury.
  • •\- Age over 18 years
  • •\- Treatment with dynamic splint (Jack PCL)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with treatment course significantly influenced by polytraumatization
  • •\- Fracture relevant to treatment
  • •o Exclusive bony ligament rupture
  • •\- Ruptures of a posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
  • •\- Z.n. HKB\-Ersatzplastik on the opposite side
  • •\- Simultaneous bony correction surgery (slope correction)
  • •\- Pregnancy and lactation
  • •\- Circulatory disorders
  • •\- Severe varicosis
