Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients who have clinically as well as MRI radiologically confirmed primary ACL lesion or multiligamentous injury with ACL injury.
- •\- Age over 18 years
- •\- Treatment with dynamic splint (Jack PCL)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with treatment course significantly influenced by polytraumatization
- •\- Fracture relevant to treatment
- •o Exclusive bony ligament rupture
- •\- Ruptures of a posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
- •\- Z.n. HKB\-Ersatzplastik on the opposite side
- •\- Simultaneous bony correction surgery (slope correction)
- •\- Pregnancy and lactation
- •\- Circulatory disorders
- •\- Severe varicosis
