Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Chronic ACL Injury
- •2\. ACL Injury associated with Meniscal Injuries
- •3\. ACL injuries associated with Chondral Defects upto Grade3
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Acutely injured Knee
- •2\. Age \> 45 yrs
- •3\. H/o previous Knee surgeries
- •4\. Infection of the Knee
- •5\. Degenerative joint disease of the Knee
- •6\. Multiplanar Knee Instability
- •7\. Stiff Knee with deformity
- •8\. Associated Metabolic disorders
- •9\. Associated inflammatory disorders
