Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)ECOG performance status 0 and 1
  • 2\)SCC of oral cavity,oropharynx,hypopharynx and larynx

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)patients with cartilage and bone involvement
  • 2\)patients with distant metastasis
  • 3\)age \>70years
