1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of acute LDH.
2. Aged >= 18 and <= 75 years;
3. The course of disease is less than 20 years;
4. Low back pain or lower limb radiation pain VAS >= 40mm;
5. Volunteer to participate in this trial, can cooperate with the treatment and fill in the questionnaire, and sign the informed consent.
1. Patients with severe LDH in line with surgical indications, such as cauda equina syndrome and progressive muscle weakness of lower limbs;
2. Patients with spinal tumor, lumbar tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis, lumbar vertebral fracture, lumbar spondylolisthesis, sacroiliac joint disease, piriformis syndrome, gluteal nerve entrapment, severe developmental or degenerative spinal stenosis;
3. Patients with severe scoliosis or congenital lumbar deformity and loss of normal activity;
4. Patients with severe hypertension or severe organic diseases of heart, liver and kidney;
5. Patients with skin damage, ulceration or skin diseases;
6. Lactating or pregnant women, mental patients;
7. Patients with bleeding tendency or blood disease;
8. Patients with needle sickness or blood-injury phobia;
9. Participating in other clinical trials;
10. Received lumbar disc surgery within half a year.
