1. in line with the above diagnostic criteria;
2. Onset within 14 days;
3. Aged 18-80 years old;
4. signed informed consent.
1. After decompression of large area cerebral infarction;
2. Hypertensive patients with systolic blood pressure still over 180mmHg and diastolic blood pressure still over 120mmHg were treated with antihypertensive drugs;
3. claustrophobia, anxiety can not cooperate and because of angular-closure glaucoma, eustachian tube obstruction and other reasons are not suitable for hyperbaric oxygen therapy;
4. the vital signs are not stable;
5. Head trauma, surgical history or severe skin disease of the head, cannot be treated with scalp acupuncture;
6. There are hyperbaric oxygen treatment contraindications;
7. with intracranial hemorrhage, intracranial space occupation, malignant tumors, uncontrolled epilepsy, mental disorders, abnormal coagulation function or other serious uncontrolled concomitant diseases.
