Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing elective inguinal hernia surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Hypertension
Hyperthyroidism
History of seizure
Nervous and mental illness
Symptoms of increased intracranial pressure
Ketamine or lidocaine allergy
Liver and kidney failure
Substance abuse or alcohol abuse
Patient dissatisfaction
Coagulation disorders
Localized local infections
Neurological disorders
Sever Anemia
