- •1. Patients suffering from intractable malignant abdominal pain.
- •2. Patient on maximum tolerable dose of oral opioid with inadequate pain relief or intolerable side effects.
排除标准
- •1. Patient who declined consent.
- •2. Patients having history of drug allergy.
- •3. Patient with coagulation abnormality or local site infection.
- •4. Patient with uncontrolled hypertension and cardiac disorder.
- •5. Distorted celiac plexus anatomy on CT abdomen.
- •6. Difficulty in lying prone position due to massive ascites.
