- •Anaesthesiologists Grade I and II
- •2)Infraumbilical surgeries including some
- •like hysterectomy, inguinal hernia, lower
- •limb orthopaedic surgery
- •3)Age 20-60 years
- •4)Elective surgery Patient who has given
- •valid informed written consent.

- •ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATION
- •1) Patient refusal
- •2) Coagulopathy
- •3) Spinal deformity
- •4) Allergic to local anaesthetic drugs
- •5) Raised ICP
- •Relative contraindication
- •2) Severe stenotic valvular heart disease,
- •3) Un co-operative patient disease .
