Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria :
- •1\) Patients of American society of
- •Anaesthesiologists Grade I and II
- •2\)Infraumbilical surgeries including some
- •like hysterectomy, inguinal hernia, lower
- •limb orthopaedic surgery
- •3\)Age 20\-60 years
- •4\)Elective surgery Patient who has given
- •valid informed written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATION
- •1\) Patient refusal
- •2\) Coagulopathy
- •3\) Spinal deformity
- •4\) Allergic to local anaesthetic drugs
- •5\) Raised ICP
- •Relative contraindication
- •2\) Severe stenotic valvular heart disease,
- •3\) Un co\-operative patient disease .
