ASA I/II/III females,undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy or Breast Conservation Surgery with Axillary Lymph Node Dissection.
• Patients undergoing bilateral breast surgery or breast reconstruction
• Contra-indications for PVB e.g. patientâ??s refusal, infection at the injection site, patients on anticoagulant therapy or having abnormal coagulation profile or hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agents
• Patients on chronic antiemetics or chronic pain medication
• Pregnant patients
• Obese patients with BMI more than 30 kg/m2
