Inclusion Criteria

1. Primary Diagnosis of OCD (DSM-V)

2. Scoring of more than 38.5 on CAIOC13 (Cognitive Assessment Instrument of Obsessions and Compulsions )

3. On stable medication regimen for atleast 3 months prior to baseline assessments

4. Age range 18 to 50 years

5. Minimum education 7th standard

6. Fluency in Hindi, English or Bengali

7. Normal or corrected vision and hearing

8. Right Handed

Exclusion Criteria

1, Comorbid severe depression, psychosis, or bipolar disorder

2. Patients having high suicidal risk

3. Substance dependence (other than nicotine) or behavioral addictions such as technology, gaming or gambling

4. Neurological conditions such as tumors, epilepsy, stroke,TBI and degenerative disorders.

5.Developmental disorders such Autism, Aspergerâ??s syndrome and ADHD

6. Clinical evidence for intellectual disability.

7. Sensorimotor impairments that might interfere with assessments/training.

8. Patients who have received 6 or more consecutive sessions of any structured psychotherapy for OCD in the last 6 months

9. Patients who have received any form of brain stimulation in the last 6 months
