1. Age between 18 and 45 years old
2. Did not have any underlying diseases
3. Were non-regular alcohol drinking or smoking

Exclusion Criteria

1. Hypertension 2. Cardiovascular diseases 3. Pulmonary diseases 4. Diabetes mellitus 5. Orthopedic problems e.g. bone, joint, muscle 6. Carcinoma 7. Renal and hepatic diseases 8. Contagious diseases 9. Chronic infectious conditions e.g. fever
