Inclusion Criteria
1. Male patients with age ranging between 10 years and 20 years diagnosed with JNA up to stage IIc in Radkowski classification.
2. Recurrence cases (if any)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient aged <10 years and >20 years.
2.Female patient of JNA.
3.Patient having intracranial extension of
the turnor ( >stage IIc in Radkowski
classificatin).
4.Patient with co-existing symptomatic co
morbidity of ear, nose or throat.

Name Time Method to compare between the endoscopic and open approach of surgery in JNA on the basis of duration of stay in the hospital, operative time, Intraoperative blood loss amount, perioperative blood transfusion requirement, management of Petrygoid wedge, Intensive therapy unit treatment needed or not post operatively, post operative morbidities like loss of tactile sensation of face, epiphor and recurrence of the disease within the duration of study period.Timepoint: Day 3, Day 7
