Inclusion Criteria

Patients between age group of 18 to 50 years will be included

Patients having minimum 4 out of 8 symptoms mentioned in diagnostic criteria

Patients with chronicity of maximum one year will be included

Exclusion Criteria

Age of patient less than 18 years and more than 50 years.

Patients having major psychological disorders like schizophrenia,anxiety disorders.

Patients having major illness like cardiac diseases, abdominal tumors,diabetes.

Pregnant women.

Agnimandya as a symptom of other diseases or due to any drug/treatment/therapy.
