Inclusion Criteria

  • age:40\-80; refractory hypertension and severe obstructive sleep apnea(AHI\>15\)
  • exclusion criteria:central apnea;current severe respiratory disease;functional class:III, IV;pregnancy;secondary hypetension;history of treatment by continuous positive airway pressure.
