Inclusion Criteria
1. Age > 18 years
2. Patients with thalassemia who have taken iron chelating more than 15 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient has history of ophthalmic disease or eye abnormality before. such as Cataract, Glaucoma, Optic neuropathy, Maculopathy etc.
2. Patients have eye surgery or accident before.
