All consenting adult patients presenting to CMCH Vellore General Medicine OPD with class II obesity defined as BMI greater than 30kg per m2,
Patient giving a written consent for the study.
Children (less than 18 years)
Patients with diagnosed with obesity due to secondary cause as primary hypothyroidism, cushingâ??s syndrome, or any syndromic obesity.
Patients with chronic kidney disease with eGFR less than 30ml per min
Patients on Warfarin, acitrom, or any vitamin K antagonists.
Patients presenting with obesity for bariatric surgery.
Pregnant women and women who gave birth within 3 months.
Non consenting adults.
