Volunteer who are overweight, BMI 23-29.9 kg/m2
18-60 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy
History of Hypo/Hyperthyroidism
Diabetes Mellitus
Medication or others medical condition which affect body weight
Post bariatric surgery
Daily laxative use
