Inclusion Criteria
1)American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II
2)Posted for elective upper limb surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1)Known case of hypersensitivity reaction to local anaesthetics, dexamethasone or dexmedetomidine
2)Uncontrolled Diabetic or Hypertensive patients
3)Patients who are pregnant or breast feeding.
4)Coagulation abnormalities
5)Significant hepatic, renal or cardiopulmonary abnormalities
6)Local skin infections at the site of puncture for supraclavicular block
