Inclusion Criteria
Age 18 †65 years
Trigger digit
No history of intraarticular steroid injection
Exclusion Criteria
Inflammatory or autoimmune arthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis
Prior tendon injury of the involved digit
A current or suspected pregnancy, and breast-feeding
Infection site of injection
Systematic steroid use
Giant cell tumor of tendon sheath
Steroid allergy
No anticoagulant therapy
No bleeding disorder
Xylocaine allergy
Multiple digits of trigger finger (≥2)
