简要总结
ew CAA in patients with KD who had no previous CAA in their initial echocardiography are rare. In addition, patients who had normal echocardiographic follow up at two weeks or eight weeks mostly continued to be normal at one year. The optimal timing of the echocardiographic follow up should be at two to eight weeks in patients without initial CAA, who still have a coronary artery Z score less than 2 at the second echocardiography.

入选标准
- •All children age 1 month to 18 years old who had KD without CAAs on initial echocardiography in Siriraj hospital, Nakornpathom hospital, Prapokkloa Chantaburi hospital, Choaphrayayommarat Hospital between July 1st, 2017 and March 31st, 2020
排除标准
- •1. Patients who had incomplete data of echocardiography at initial diagnosis, 2 weeks and 8 weeks.
- •2. Patients who had congenital heart disease
