Inclusion Criteria

all patients with an AECOPD sent to RKO recovering from the excerabtion and do not participate in an rehabilitation programm.

Exclusion Criteria

any disease or condition preventing the participant completing the regulary training sessions with the IMT such as cancer, sever cardiac or orthpedic diseases, extrem obesity with respiratory insufficiency with indication to NIV or an PCO2 more than 50 mmHG.
