Inclusion Criteria
The male and female, with traumatic spinal cord injury, with complete injury (ASIA A or B) between the C4 and T4 levels occurred for at least 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients in programming surgical, portators of cardiopatia or pneumoopatia, sleep with infecciosas agudas or com any descompensation clinical, sleep, patients have apresentable conditions of can impossibility the training muscular inspiratory.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Quality of life will be assessed through two questionnaires (Whodas and Whoqol) applied before and after intervention, with variation in the scores of the questionnaire scores. Proposal of data collected 24 hours before and after intervention.;Improvement of respiratory muscle strength assessed by means of manovacuometry, with a variation of at least 5% of maximal inspiratory and expiratory pressures before and after the intervention.Proposal of data collected 24 hours before and after intervention.

Name Time Method Improvement of pulmonary capacity assessed by spirometry, with variation of at least 5% forced vital capacities, forced expiratory volume and relationship between both.Proposal of data collected 24 hours before and after intervention.;An improvement in cardiopulmonary capacity will be assessed by means of the exercise test with a variation of at least 5% of maximal VO2.<br>Proposed data collected 24 to 48 hours before and after intervention.
