Healthy women aged between 20-60 years old without being pregnant
1.Diagnosed with cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disease, diabetes mellitus, liver disease, renal disease, autoimmune diseases and psychological disorders
2.Smoking more than 10 pieces/day
3.Drinking alcohol more than 5 units/day
4.Drinking coffee more than 2 cups/day
5.Athlete or volunteers who have a regular exercise more than 3 times/week
