Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Mechanically ventilated patients
- •Meeting PARDS definition (PALICC recommendation, 2015)
- •Failure of conventional low tidal volume ventilation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Poor respiratory efforts
- •Raised intracranial pressure (ICP)
- •Chronic respiratory disease(s)
- •Unstable hemodynamics which remain refractory to maximum resuscitation efforts.
