Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients undergoing general anaesthesia
- •2\. ASA Grading I, II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.ASA 3 and ASA 4
- •2\.Age \<18 and \>60 years
- •3\.History of hypertension
- •4\.History of asthma
- •5\.Patients already on beta blockers or clonidine
- •6\.Contraindication to general anaesthesia
