Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients posted for elective Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
- •2\. Patients falling under American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class 1
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. ASA Physical Status class 2 and above
- •3\. Age 17 years and below, 60 years and above
- •4\. History of chest pain, palpitations, syncope
- •5\. Baseline heart rate \< 60/min
- •6\. Baseline systolic BP \< 100mmHG
- •7\. Abnormalities in pre\-operative ECG
