Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients posted for elective Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
  • 2\. Patients falling under American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class 1

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patient refusal
  • 2\. ASA Physical Status class 2 and above
  • 3\. Age 17 years and below, 60 years and above
  • 4\. History of chest pain, palpitations, syncope
  • 5\. Baseline heart rate \< 60/min
  • 6\. Baseline systolic BP \< 100mmHG
  • 7\. Abnormalities in pre\-operative ECG
